2. Hosting
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are operated in Germany. The host processes technical connection data on our behalf to deliver and secure the website.
3. Server log files
When the website is accessed, the server may record the IP address, date and time, requested file, referrer, browser, operating system and response status. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is secure and reliable website operation. Log data is deleted when it is no longer required for security and error analysis, unless a security incident requires longer retention.
4. Contact enquiries
The contact form collects name, email address, optional telephone or WhatsApp number, selected service and project description. Country and language information may be derived from the selected market page or technical request data. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for business communication.
5. Retention
Unsuccessful general enquiries are normally deleted no later than six months after the final communication. Contract and invoice data is retained for the statutory commercial and tax retention periods. Data required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be retained until the relevant limitation period expires.
6. Email communication
Messages sent by email are processed to answer the enquiry and conduct the project. Email transmission cannot be guaranteed to be fully secure. Please do not send sensitive special-category data.
7. PayPal and Stripe
Payment buttons are only links to the external checkout pages of PayPal or Stripe. Data is transferred to the selected provider only when the customer opens that provider’s page. PayPal and Stripe process payment and transaction information under their own privacy notices and legal obligations. Monivance Digital does not store full card details.
8. Cookies
The website stores only the technically necessary consent preference in the visitor’s browser. No analytics or marketing service is currently activated. If such services are added later, they will remain blocked until consent is given and this policy will be updated before activation.
9. Legal bases
The principal legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries and contracts, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR for legal retention duties, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for secure operation and business communication, and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR where consent is requested.
10. Recipients and international transfers
Data is disclosed only where necessary to hosting, communication, payment or professional service providers, or where required by law. PayPal and Stripe may process data outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards described in their privacy documentation.
11. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and object to processing where the statutory requirements are met. Consent may be withdrawn with effect for the future. Contact hello@monivance.com.
12. Supervisory authority
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for the controller’s establishment is the Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte, Devrientstraße 5, 01067 Dresden, Germany.
13. Security
The website uses TLS encryption, access controls, CSRF protection and restricted storage files. No internet transmission or storage system can provide absolute security.
